I met Rocky at Sonic Ranch in El Paso, TX at the studio with Sublime with Rome. Rocky and Rome together with DJ Flict, produce music under the name Fresh Goods. Rocky is an genuine guy with an incredible sense of humor and within minutes of meeting each other I had his headphones on listening to his upcoming album. Rocky’s style is based on his decade of experience as a world champion hiphop DJ. Having won scratch battles all over the world he made a name for himself in the club scene that takes him around the world regularly.

We planned to shoot a video for Illafornia Style as soon as we were back in LA. A few weeks later we had only 24 hours available to shoot with Nayelli, who is featured in the song that Clayton William from OnDaBeat.com produced. Everything was shot in Vegas and Newport Beach, CA in the few hours we had to work with. Here is a behind the scenes for Illafornia Style from last week.
