I just posted a few new tattoos to my tattoo portfolio and a really cool sketch. I’ve been tattooing more than ever which is wonderful. I’m finally falling into a groove where the process flows smoothly even for new clients. Many less hiccups along the way. Now that the sun is coming out, there are a lot more people thinking about getting their bodies back into “summer shape”. It also means they are finishing up half-finished tattoos, and starting new ones. I feel very blessed to be able to work with so many amazing people on a daily basis. This week I tried to keep track how many different people came through my studio and it’s amazing that I get to see, learn from, and influence all these kids with so much potential. Between them all we could start a family band or construct a house. I am very thankful for that.
I also posted a few new HDR photos to my photography portfolio from my recent trip to Oregon. I had the pleasure of visiting Silver Falls, where there are a ton of waterfalls in a secluded forest canyon.
I also spent some time checking out tattoo shops up and down the coast and found a few gems along the way. I had to dig through quite a bit of garbage to get to the good ones though, but they’re out there. I’m humbled everytime I walk into a shop and talk to the extremely talented and curteous artists out there. I have so much to learn!
